Here at Woodshapes we try and offer the quickest and most cost effective postal services we can. This can present some challenges, especially with some of the bespoke sized & shaped items we cut! Sometimes a lower value order simply has to be courier delivered due to it's bespoke size or shape, but in general smaller value orders up to a certain weight have the option of 1st & 2nd Class Royal Mail post, as well as Courier delivery, and larger value orders will have Courier options only. Order values over £100 are sent free of charge via courier.
If for some reason your order cannot be sent via your preferred method, we will contact you and try to find a solution!

Royal Mail Second Class - Order values up to £40.00 can be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class
Royal Mail First Class -
Order values up to £40.00 can be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class
DHL Courier -
We use different courier services, depending on the size of your parcel. Where possible we use their tracking systems and the tracking number data will be sent to you. Courier delivery is listed between 1- 3 days, but is often a next day service.
Order values of £100 and over - please choose free courier delivery when you check out!
Packaging
Wherever possible we try to reuse and recycle as much packaging as possible, so you may find your goods arriving is some weird and wonderful boxes!
Your order dictates the shape and size of the package, but in general you can expect standard letters, small letter boxes and then up into a variety of different sized boxes. We do our very best to package everything to prevent damage.
